This means that due to some error it is not triggering the Windows Media Player to open the file. In this case, follow these instructions.
- Open Windows Media Player manually.
- Click File -> Open URL and open http://citrine.streamguys.com/lifebliss
- Enter your username and password and start watching the video
Once you signup for the streaming access, you should receive an email giving you the username and password. The username and the password are case sensitive. This username and password is valid of the length of time you have signed up for. When you start the Windows Media Player and enter the URL http://citrine.streamguys.com/lifebliss Windows Media Player will prompt you for the username and the password. Username and Password is case sensitive. Make sure you enter it correctly. If you enter it incorrectly thrice, the system may block for further access. If that happens, please send a mail immediately to streaming@lifebliss.org
