Hi, my name is Ma Ananda Sadaajit. For many years I searched for some way to help myself and others awaken to their spiritual potential. I tried numerous techniques, studied with several enlightened masters and found some of the teachings helpful. After years of working with these techniques, however, I found myself still moving at a snails pace towards awakening. When I took my first workshop with Paramahamsa Nithyananda I knew I’d found what I was looking for. I experienced pure bliss for the first time in my life. I watched in amazement as my life changed overnight, and continues to change, on every level at a rate I never knew was possible.
Swamiji’s teachings are so practical, his techniques easy to learn, yet profoundly powerful and transforming. The depth and breadth of his teachings are so unique. He has something for everyone and recognizes that we are not cookie cutter beings, but unique expressions of the divine. I knew I had found tools that could help others reach and maintain a state of bliss. My life took on a whole new focus. As soon as I could, I signed up to become an acharya (teacher) and completed my training shortly thereafter. I look forward to helping many people find a new level of peace, joy, health, and, of course, nithyananda (eternal bliss).
Currently I co-direct the Ananda Center for Life & Spirit located in Walnut Cove, NC. For the past five years I have been helping others to regain their health using natural, holistic practices, working with the physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of their lives. I have traveled extensively throughout the southeast teaching workshops on healing. The teachings of Paramahamsa Nithyananda have dramatically altered my practice, as I now understand and have the tools to work with the underlying causes of people’s suffering, both physical and emotional.
I currently teach Life Bliss (Nithya Dhyaan) Meditation, Life Bliss Program 1, and Health & Wellness workshops.
