Ma Nithyananda Charana

Coming from a world of public relations and exposed to all kinds of people, I enjoyed my job and learned a lot from everyone that came into my life, being in the level of business, friends or coworkers.

I decided to stop working in 2004 due to health issues, and as per my doctors advise, came to the meditation world...which was all new to me. Almost immediately I experienced the benefits to my health. Cholesterol and high blood pressure disappeared after 3 months of practice, and thanks to energy healing by the Master. With immense gratitude I offered my time to volunteer in the different tasks around the Ashram, and one day without even me noticing it, I was IN.

I got involved in different meditation courses and in due time was sharing the chakras meditation course with others as an Acharya...which is not teaching but sharing and at the same time my learning experience continues day by day.

It is a blessing, a gift, showered by Master on the people who are ready and willing. He is the one who makes us Able, so we can go on spreading the teachings, message and benefits of the never ending messages of Master Nithyananda. The Foundation has touched millions of people world wide with the meditation techniques, which provide benefits on the physical, mental and spiritual levels.
